Rates
- NZ$120 for the first 2 persons staying
- NZ$20 each additional person (adult or child) after this
- Portacot and high chair available at $5 per night
- House is to be left in same clean and tidy state it was in on arrival - if you do not wish to clean the house on departure we can arrange this for you at a minimum charge of $50 for up to 5 persons, greater than 5 persons $80 charge
Check In/Check Out Times
- Check in time no earlier than 1400 hours - early check in available at a charge
- Check out time no later than 1000 hours - late check out available at a charge
Payment Terms and Conditions
- Deposit of 25% payable on confirmation of booking dates, remaining 75% due a month prior to arrival.
- No refunds available once full payment has been made, 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund available (less any credit card fees) for cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX - a 3% surcharge is charged for all credit card payments.
- All rates quoted as in NZ$ and fully inclusive of all taxes.
